Most engagements run for 3 to 6 months — long enough to see real change, short enough to stay focused. We discuss duration during the discovery call based on your goals.

Both options are available. Most clients prefer online sessions (Zoom or Google Meet) for flexibility, but in-person sessions can be arranged in the Delhi-NCR region.

Coaching is a structured process where I ask the questions that help you find your own answers. Mentoring is where I share my experience and perspective directly. I do both — and we decide which approach serves you best at any given moment.

Advisory engagements are flexible. Options include a monthly retainer (regular calls + async support), a project-based engagement (a defined problem with a defined timeline), or ad-hoc consultations. We design the structure together.

Both. I work with individual leaders directly, and I also work with organizations looking to develop their leadership bench or technology strategy. Corporate enquiries are welcome via the contact page.
